It sounds like you are
using Pop-Up Blocking Software. In order
to see our training lessons you will need to disable Pop-Up Blocking. Click the System Test Button to determine that
you have a red X for blocking pop-ups.
You will find the system test button below the log in box.
If you are blocking pop-ups
please try the following instructions to rectify this problem:
1. On your Internet
Explorer Browser Click Tools, then click Internet Options, then click the
Privacy Tab, then uncheck Block Pop-Ups if checked. Then click OK.
(Or you can check Pop-Ups to block them, and then click the
settings button. Add your training
site’s web address to allow pop ups from that site only.)
2. Re run the System Test
Button and check for the red X again. You
could have more than one program blocking pop-ups.
3. Next check to see if you
have a Google or Yahoo Search Bar installed on your computer. These programs also block pop-ups.
4. If you do have these
programs installed you can check their settings and turn off pop up blocking or
you can remove them from your computer if desired.
5. You might also have pop-up blocking from your
virus or firewall protector. Again you
would need to go into that program and look for settings where you could turn
off pop-up blocking.
6. Some software will let
you run pop-up windows from a web site address that you enter. This is nice because you can view our lesson
windows but still block pop-up adds from other web
sites where you do not wish to see pop-ups.
7. If the above has not worked for you, your
company or organization might be blocking pop-ups at the network level. If this is the case it would be happening for
everyone in your organization. You would
need to contact your IT Department and they could unblock the web site training
address for your organization.
