(Use Right Mouse Button to print)

We understand that you have a good user id and password but you still can not sign in for the training.

Please try the following instructions to rectify this problem:

1. Click on Tools in your Internet Explorer Browser.

2. Then click on Internet Options.

3. Then click on the Security Tab.

4. Click on the Trusted Sites Icon, and then click on the Sites Button.

5. Uncheck box at the bottom that says, Require server verification https.

6. Fill in box at the top, Add this web site to the zone with your training site web address, then click add button, then click ok button.

After you have finished go back and try to log in again with your user id and password.
