Please try the following instructions to rectify this problem:

1. Click on the System Test Button below your log in box. This will check to see if your computer meets the system requirements.

1. If you find a red X during the system test process please follow the corrective action procedures listed in the test. Also note the requirements below.

Client Requirements: 1. Pentium Class or higher CPU, 133mHz or faster 2. 32 bit operating system (Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows Millennium, Windows XP) 3. 32 MB RAM (Windows 2000 and Windows XP require 64 MB RAM) 4. 800x600 or greater resolution for most courses (some courses may require 1024x768), 256 colors or greater 5. Connectivity to the Internet (56k modem or higher connection) 6. Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher OR Netscape Navigator 6.2 or higher 7. Macromedia Authorware Web Player version 5.1 or higher (Web browser plug-in) (Note the Authorware Web Player is only needed for a few of the training courses, mainly older courses.)
